NextG Derma – Cancellations, Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Order Cancellation

• Before dispatch: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before shipping—whichever is earlier. To cancel, email hello@nextgderma.com or call +91 94083 58493.
• After dispatch: Cancellations are not guaranteed once the order has been shipped. You may refuse delivery; refunds will be processed only after the product is received and verified.

2. Return Policy

• Returns are accepted only within 2 days of delivery and under the following conditions:
  • Damaged or defective item
  • Incorrect product received
  • Used, expired, or empty product
  • Quality or authenticity issues
• Items must be unused, in original condition, with intact seals, labels, and packaging.
• Combo packs must be returned in full.
• Important: A clear unboxing video showing the package seal, product condition, and batch number is required for return approval.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are initiated within 4 business days after verification.
• It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
• For COD orders, please share bank details (account number, account holder name, IFSC code) for processing the refund.
• No deductions are made for returns of defective items. However, no refunds are issued if the returned item is damaged or lost during return transit.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

• Used, opened, or tampered products
• Returns requested after 2 days of delivery
• Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories
• Products with tampered barcodes or serial numbers
• Items expiring in less than 4–6 months (unless defective)
• Correct, unused, and non-defective items (unwanted items)
