Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds Policy

At NextG Derma, we are committed to providing safe and high-quality skincare products. Please review our comprehensive policies below for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Note: We do not allow exchanges. Only returns and refunds are accepted under the conditions mentioned below.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever comes first.
  • Combo Packs: Cancellation of any item in a combo will result in the cancellation of the entire combo pack or the complete order.

After Dispatch

  • Cancellations are not guaranteed once the order is shipped.
  • If you do not wish to receive the order, you may refuse delivery. A refund will be initiated only after return and quality verification.
  • Shipping Charges Deduction: If an order is cancelled or refused after dispatch, the actual shipping charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

Combo Pack Specifics

  • Individual items in combo packs cannot be cancelled or returned separately.
  • The entire combo pack must be cancelled or returned together.

2. Return Policy

We only accept returns if requested within 2 days of delivery and for the following reasons:

  • Damaged or defective item
  • Incorrect or wrong product delivered
  • Used product received
  • Expired product delivered
  • Empty product delivered
  • Authenticity or quality concerns

Important Guidelines:

  • Returns are not accepted for non-defective, unwanted, or correct items.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging intact.
  • Seals, labels, and outer packaging must not be tampered with.
  • Combo packs must be returned in full—no partial returns are accepted.

Unboxing Video Requirement:

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests.
  • The video must clearly show the outer seal/tape, product condition, and batch numbers.

3. Refund Policy

Processing Timeline:

  • Refunds are processed within 4 business days after product verification.
  • Refunds reflect in your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For COD orders, please share your bank account number, account holder name, and IFSC code for refunds.

Refund Deductions:

  • No deductions are made for approved returns of damaged or defective items.
  • No refund will be issued for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Conditions

Returns/refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product is used, opened, or altered
  • Damage is reported after 2 days of delivery
  • Product is misused or overused
  • Missing original tags, packaging, or accessories
  • Tampered barcodes or serial numbers
  • Return request made after the return window
  • Items expiring within 4–6 months, unless defective
  • Correct, unused, or unwanted products (non-defective) are not eligible for return
