1. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are normally processed within 2 (two) working days from the time of placement. Approximately 95% of orders are shipped within this window.
  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day, which may slightly extend the overall processing time.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS containing your order details and an estimated delivery timeline.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery time is calculated after the order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges (Domestic – India)

We believe in transparent pricing. Our shipping costs are calculated based on your order value:

Detailed Breakdown:

  • Prepaid Orders < ₹501: You pay ₹59 shipping.
  • COD Orders < ₹501: You pay ₹59 shipping + ₹49 COD handling fee.
  • Orders > ₹501: Shipping is FREE. If you choose COD, only the ₹49 handling fee applies.

Additional Notes:

  • Remote Locations: Additional shipping fees may apply depending on the delivery address. Any such charges will be communicated at checkout before payment.
  • Bulk Orders: For wholesale quantities, custom shipping charges may apply and will be informed to you during order confirmation.
  • Fragile Items: Certain fragile products may require special packaging. Any additional handling charges will be clearly communicated in advance.

4. Delivery Process

  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners usually make up to three (3) delivery attempts on consecutive or alternate working days.
  • Timing: Deliveries are typically made between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM on working days.
  • Notifications: You will receive SMS/email updates at key stages (Dispatch, Out for Delivery, Delivered).
  • Information Required: To ensure smooth delivery, please provide:
    • Full Name and active Mobile Number.
    • Complete address including House No, Area, City, State, and PIN Code.
    • Nearby landmark (optional but recommended).

5. Order Tracking

Each dispatched order is assigned a unique Tracking ID / AWB number.

  • You will receive this ID via email/SMS once shipped.
  • You can track your order using the link provided in the message or the “Track Order” option on our website.

6. Delivery Coverage

  • We offer Pan‑India delivery across all serviceable pin codes.
  • Service availability is checked via pin code verification at checkout.
  • International Shipping: Currently not available.

7. Failed Deliveries & Return‑to‑Origin (RTO)

If a courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or refusal to accept, the shipment may be returned to us (RTO).

  • Charges: In case of failed delivery due to customer error, original shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
  • Reshipment: If you request reshipment of an RTO parcel, you may be required to pay reshipping charges.

8. Shipping Delays

While we strive for speed, delays may occur due to adverse weather, political disruptions, or operational issues. We request you to check your tracking details regularly in such situations.
