6. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation by User: You can request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched (usually within 12-24 hours). Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but can be returned under our Return Policy.
  • Cancellation by NextG Derma: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be processed immediately.
