Refund Policy

Order Cancellation Policy

At NextG Derma, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. If your order hasn't been dispatched, you can easily cancel it by contacting our customer support team via email at hello@nextgderma.com
or call us at +919408358493 (available Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM).
For orders that have already been dispatched, you can still cancel by refusing delivery when the package arrives. In cases of Return to Origin (RTO), we'll process the cancellation after conducting a quality check of the returned package. All refunds are processed within 24 hours of cancellation approval.
Please note that combo orders cannot be partially cancelled – the entire order must be cancelled. For orders in transit, while we'll try our best to cancel them, we cannot guarantee cancellation once they're with our delivery partners.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We accept returns within specific timeframes: 48 hours for defective or damaged products, and 7 days for general returns from the date of delivery. All returns must be in their original packaging with seals intact.
Valid reasons for returns include damaged or defective products, incorrect items delivered, missing products, quality issues, expired products, and authentication concerns. To process your return, we require an unboxing video showing the NextG Derma seal, clear images of any damage or defects, your order ID, and the original invoice.
We cannot accept returns for used or opened products, items damaged due to customer handling, products without original packaging, or items with removed tags or seals. Products past the return window are also non-returnable.

Refund Process

Our refund process is designed to be quick and transparent. Standard refunds are processed within 2-3 business days and credited to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are processed through bank transfer.
For general returns, a processing fee of ₹200 will be deducted from the refund amount. Exchange shipping incurs a charge of ₹100. However, no deductions apply for defective items.

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, a request must be made within 7-10 business days, contact our customer support team with your order details. We'll need documentation including photos or videos of the product. Once approved, we'll schedule a pickup (free for defective items) and send your exchange within 5-7 days after quality verification.
